Job Details

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and legal staff in the corporate law department.

Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support ongoing cases and transactions.

Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings.

Assist in managing and organizing corporate records and files.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for attorneys and clients.

Communicate with clients, external parties, and internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure smooth workflow.

Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as required.

Maintain and update legal databases, tracking systems, and filing systems.

Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations.

Perform other administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Proven experience working as a legal assistant, preferably in a corporate law firm or legal department.

Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to corporate law.

Proficiency in legal research methods and resources.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in using legal software and tools, including document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
