Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Performing routine and preventive maintenance on all production and operating equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and longevity.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Repairing and maintaining AC/DC drives and motors to ensure optimal performance.
- Handling hydraulic systems, including troubleshooting and performing necessary repairs or replacements.
- Collaborating with production team to understand and address equipment issues and improve operational performance.
- Implementing improvements to equipment and processes to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of maintenance work performed, and providing reports as required.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing or similar industrial setting.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, mechanical systems, AC/DC drives & motors, and hydraulic systems.
- A strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues efficiently and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- A proactive approach to maintenance, with the ability to anticipate and address issues before they escalate.
- Physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.
