Job Details:

We're is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Paralegal to join our thriving Oil and Gas practice in Texas. We're looking for innovative thinkers with diverse backgrounds who are ready to make a significant impact in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on complex oil and gas matters

Draft and review transactional documents, including leases, contracts, and agreements

Assist in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions

Manage large-scale document productions and maintain case files

Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and external parties to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of paralegal experience in oil and gas law

Strong knowledge of energy industry regulations and legal terminology

Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office suite

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
