Commercial Litigation Attorney (Partner)
Business Law Firm Serving Government Contractors and Large and Small Private Sector Commercial Clients, Seeking an experienced Litigator to join our Nationwide Litigation Practice. Applicants should have 10 years of Private Practice experience, Licensed to practice in MD, VA, and/or D.C., with a strong work ethic, interest in Commercial Litigation, and experience working as part of a team. Must have a portable book of business of a minimum of $250,000 and experience servicing litigation matters for themselves or other partners.
- 10+ years of Litigation experience in Private Practice.
- Portable Book of Business of a minimum of $250,000
- Nationwide Litigation Practice focuses heavily on Complex Commercial and Business Litigation; Government Contracts Disputes; Management and Employer-Side Labor and Employment Litigation, including FLSA, Wage-and-Hour, Title VII, and Restrictive Covenants; Trade Secrets Misappropriation Claims; Commercial Contract Disputes; Business Torts; Construction Disputes; Government Investigations; False Claims Act matters; and Real Estate Disputes.
- Our Attorneys practice in State and Federal Trial and Appellate Courts, as well as in United States Court of Federal Claims and before the Civilian and Armed Services Boards of Contract Appeals.
- Licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia, and/or the District of Columbia, and residing in the DC Metropolitan area. Applicants with additional Florida and/or California bar admissions are of particular interest.
