We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our FUN team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in tax consulting, management, partnerships, and form 1065. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the tax compliance process for real estate partnerships, including the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns, estimates, and extensions.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns and related forms, including form 1065 and K-1s.
- Analyze and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and advice on tax-related matters.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant parties.
- Conduct tax research and provide recommendations on tax planning strategies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in tax management, real estate, partnerships, and form 1065.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax software applications.
