Salary: $200,000 - $225,000 per year

Compensation Package ($150-175k base with $215-225k OTE)

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of 6 (comprised of Account Executives and Marketing Representatives), ensuring alignment on sales and marketing objectives
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy
  • Lead with a 'player/coach' mentality, actively participating in key deals while mentoring the team
  • Drive alignment and performance across sales and marketing functions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product development, customer experience, and retention strategies
  • Implement data-driven approaches to evaluate and optimize all go-to-market activities
  • Scale the sales and marketing organization by recruiting, training, and retaining a highly skilled, diverse, and accountability-focused team
  • Develop and refine sales methodologies, forecasting processes, and compensation structures
  • Execute marketing strategies that demonstrably improve lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline, and bookings
  • Identify and penetrate new market verticals to drive business expansion
  • Actively support AEs in deal strategy and assist with closing key opportunities
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activity, generate reports, and streamline sales processes
  • Ensure team members meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to foster professional growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of successful sales leadership in B2B SaaS, with experience scaling go-to-market operations
  • 5+ years of general management and P&L experience
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, and partnerships
  • Proven experience in sales management within a SaaS company
  • Expertise in modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, MEDDIC) and their application in SaaS environments
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a must and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
  • Experience in both sales and marketing, with a solid understanding of how they intersect
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop sales and marketing teams
  • Hands-on approach, willing to actively participate in closing deals and troubleshooting
