We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and passionate Permanent Technical Sales Support Engineer specializing in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems for our esteemed Manufacturing unit. This unique role is for those who have a knack for thermomechanical projects and HVAC improvements, coupled with an ability to support sales teams and provide technical training. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert on HVAC products and will have a keen interest in processing improvement. This role demands a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to the sales team, assisting in the development and implementation of customer applications and solutions.
  2. Spearhead thermomechanical projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective implementation.
  3. Drive HVAC improvements, employing innovative techniques and technologies to enhance system performance and efficiency.
  4. Deliver technical training to both internal teams and customers, enhancing their understanding and utilization of HVAC products.
  5. Serve as the go-to subject matter expert on HVAC products, providing insights and advice to both the sales team and customers.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive processing improvement, enhancing efficiency, and productivity across the organization.
  7. Analyze and interpret technical specifications and requirements, translating them into actionable plans.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role in the Manufacturing industry.
  3. Proven experience in managing thermomechanical projects and driving HVAC improvements.
  4. Expertise in supporting sales teams and providing technical training.
  5. Demonstrated ability to serve as a subject matter expert on HVAC products.
  6. Strong experience in driving processing improvement.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide quick solutions.
  8. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and customers.
  9. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, understandable terms.
  10. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
