Job Details:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled BI Manager to join our innovative team in the construction industry. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of BI professionals in developing and implementing data-driven solutions that will drive our business forward. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background, with an emphasis on Qlik, ETL, and data warehouse solutions. This individual will also have a proven track record in managerial and project management roles, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BI professionals, providing guidance and support as they develop, implement, and maintain our data warehouse and BI solutions.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of BI systems using Qlik, ETL, and other data warehouse technologies.
• Manage and prioritize multiple complex projects, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Develop and implement data governance and data management strategies to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate these into our BI strategies and solutions where appropriate.
• Drive the continuous improvement of our BI capabilities, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency gains.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in technology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a BI role, with a focus on Qlik, ETL, and data warehouse solutions.
• Proven managerial and project management experience, with a track record of leading teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of BI technologies and principles, data architecture, data modeling, and data governance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and analytically to identify and resolve issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Cloud experience is a plus.
