As a Senior Tax Accountant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the preparation and filing of all federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Developing and implementing effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
- Preparing and reviewing tax provisions and ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
- Working closely with multinational teams to manage international tax matters, including transfer pricing, foreign tax credits, and repatriation.

- Keeping up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations and ensuring that our company is in full compliance.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Tax Accountant position will possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with a focus on tax planning, preparation, and compliance.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.
- Extensive experience with tax provisions and multinational tax matters.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tax issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- High level of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in tax software and other accounting tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
