We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Audit Associate to join our dynamic finance industry team. As a Senior Audit Associate, you will be responsible for leading and executing audit engagements of various clients. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute audit engagements of various clients in the finance industry
- Plan and perform audit procedures in accordance with auditing standards and regulations
- Identify and communicate audit findings to clients and management
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
- Assist with business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes
Qualifications:
- CPA certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit
- Strong technical skills in auditing, accounting, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
