Salary: $105,000 - $175,000 per year

Seeking a Business Immigration Associate Attorney to join this legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling various business immigration matters, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Represent clients in employment-based immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visa petitions (e.g., H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1), permanent residency applications, and PERM labor certification.

Advise employers on immigration compliance, including I-9 and E-Verify requirements.

Prepare and review petitions, applications, and responses to requests for evidence.

Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations.

Collaborate with clients to provide tailored immigration strategies to meet their business needs.

Maintain strong client relationships and manage communication regarding case status and updates.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to a state bar.

2-5 years of experience in business immigration law.

Strong knowledge of employment-based immigration processes and procedures.

Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.

Ability to handle a high volume of cases and prioritize effectively.
