Position: Attorney (Construction & Business Matters)

A growing law firm with multiple offices across the Southwest seeks an experienced attorney to handle construction and business-related legal matters, both litigation and transactional. This role will involve extensive litigation practice, with a preference for candidates experienced with insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent design professionals, contractors, manufacturers, and owners in complex construction-related cases.
• Handle litigation, mediation, arbitration, and trial work involving multi-million dollar projects, catastrophic injuries, and public works cases.
• Draft and negotiate contracts for major construction projects.
• Provide claims assistance throughout project design and construction.
• Collaborate closely with clients and insurance carriers.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in construction law, litigation, and contract negotiation preferred.
• Preferred experience working with insurance clients.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in California.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
