Connected to the birth center, the NICU has state of the art equipment including a new wireless central monitoring system and dedicated respiratory staff. The NNP will have responsibilities in the NICU as well as the normal newborn nursery.**About The Area**Dubuque is the intersection of Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin along the Mississippi River bluffs as a metropolitan service area for seven surrounding counties.
