The Integration Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that enable seamless communication between various systems and applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of integration methodologies, technologies, and best practices, and will work closely with stakeholders to align integration strategies with business goals.

Enterprise Technology is looking for a hands-on and highly motivated architect who can internally consult and collaborate with a global team that is developing & deploying SAP S/4HANA for Ford's core manufacturing and assembly plants. The architect will provide architectural support to the delivery and integration teams, work with a large cross-functional team of Supply Chain IT members, Systems Integrator and software vendors, manufacturing business subject matter experts, and IT leads from numerous integrating systems. This is a hybrid position. The expectation is that the architect will collaborate with colleagues and teams three days/ week in our Dearborn, MI office.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of integration methodologies, technologies, and best practices, and will work closely with stakeholders to align integration strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities: Design Integration Solutions: Develop and document integration architecture designs that support Ford Motor Company's business processes and technology landscape. Assess and Select Technologies: Evaluate and recommend integration approaches, tools, platforms, and technologies that best meet needs. Implement Integration Frameworks: Establish and enforce integration standards, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all integration projects. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with integration & development teams, and cross domain architects to gather requirements and ensure that integration solutions align with business objectives and Enterprise direction. Manage Data Flows: Design and implement data flow processes between systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. Documentation: Create and model integration processes, including data mappings, workflows, and system interfaces to ensure clarity, drive understanding, and knowledge transfer. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of emerging integration technologies, trends, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in integration strategies. Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4+ years of functional/technical architectural experience. Integration experience Proven architectural experience with a strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices. Proficiency in integration tools and platforms such as BTP, GCP, MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar technologies. Strong knowledge of API design and development. Familiarity with data integration techniques, ETL processes, and data transformation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications in integration technologies or architecture (e.g., SAP BTP, TOGAF, etc.) are a plus. Even better, you may have...

Technical knowledge and experience in GCP, S/4, SAP BTP, SAP S/4 HANA, Big Query, MDM. Experience in integrating with Siemens or Dassault PLM (or other PLM solutions), KINAXIS tools, Manufacturing Execution Systems, etc. Experience in SAP PP & MM module configuration Automotive industry experience or similar manufacturing industry experience. Experience working on a global team. Experience working with a Systems Integrator Respect and empathy for team members, business partner and product customer Excellent at problem solving and prevention. Knowledge of software design patterns Knowledge and practical experience of agile delivery Demonstrated ability to deliver product roadmap milestones.
