Industrial maintenance technicians job description:

Must have HVAC, Welding, and Electrical experience.Identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and simple electrical problems on plant facilities and production equipment.Performs preventative maintenance per defined interval/schedule in a timely manner and documents maintenance concerns/resolutions in an electronic CMMS database.Recognizes and corrects potential equipment failure or unsafe conditions and communicates this to Maintenance Manager.Ensures that all work performed meets required codes (OSHA, City and Federal) and is in accordance with plant policies and procedures.Utilizes appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including, but not limited to, safety glasses, face shields, hearing protection, safety shoes, gloves, and aprons.Qualifications:

Knowledge of mechanical/electrical maintenance processCritical thinking ability to troubleshoot and detect malfunctioning.Possess the discipline to execute tasks.Basic computer and report writing skills.Good communication skills.Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment.Good time-management skills.Current schedule is a rotating 8-hour shift 5 days/week. 8am-4pm, 4pm-12:00am, 12:00am-8 am. Start-up is Sunday at midnight, Shut-down is Friday midnight.Pay Details: $17.00 - $20.00 / hour****Potential 7 day per week schedule when staffing permits.

Pay Details:

$17.00 to $20.00 per hour
