High School diploma or equivalentAutomotive retail Sales Manager experienceAbility to set and achieve targeted goalsProven ability to attract, develop and retain great talentStrong financial and business acumen and the ability to drive revenue and profitabilityDemonstrated communication and interpersonal skillsOrganization and follow-up skillsExperience and desire to work with technologyValid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
