Call Center Representative (Onsite Rockville) $23/hr

Our client is seeking an onsite Call Center Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Excellent phone skills and a strong attention to detail are key in this role. If you have experience in handling incoming phone calls, responding to emails and voicemails, and possess a keen ability to route calls effectively, we want to hear from you!About the Job:Answer and document incoming phone calls.Provide accurate information to callers from the website and other platforms.Send faxes or print documents when requested.Monitor and respond to emails and voicemails.Route calls to the proper destination when required.Complete additional administrative or other relevant tasks as needed.About You:1+ years of call center experience is highly preferred.Bilingual with English and Spanish fluency is highly preferred.Excellent phone presence and communication skills.Experience with SharePoint and tech savviness is preferred.Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy.About the Position:$23/hr while temporary$25/hr when permanent100% on-site during the first six monthsHybrid once permanent.Office in Rockville, MD.Free parking!Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
