The M edical laboratory scientist generalist
is responsible for performance of diagnostic procedures in the area for which they are assigned. This position requires an individual who is highly skilled in areas that they are licensed. This individual helps maintain an excellent rapport between Laboratory staff and other hospital departments.(Must be able to work 2 weekends per month)
$4000.00 Sign on Bonus eligible: One-Year CommitmentThe following sign on premium amounts will be paid in two installments (first half will be paid after the team member has been in the premium eligible position for (90 days) 3 months and second half will be paid after the team member has been in the premium eligible full-time position for (365 days) 1 year.
Qualifications
EducationBachelor's Degree (Preferred)Associates degree in MLT or related field (Required)Certificate training program at an approved school for Medical Technician level training leading to state licensureLicensure/Certification/RegistrationCurrent Florida License TN - Laboratory TechnologistSpecial Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience RequiredMust be able to read, write, speak and understand EnglishPrevious laboratory experience preferredThis position will be required to work every other Sunday and Saturday rotation.
