**Job Description:**- Provide nursing care across a variety of ICU specialties, including Medical, Surgical, Respiratory Special Care, and Surgical Progressive Care.- Utilize strong critical thinking skills to assess patient needs and deliver comprehensive care.- Exhibit effective communication and organizational skills within the intensive care setting.- Adjust to the unit with the greatest staffing need and provide appropriate care.- Stay informed and knowledgeable about the latest practices in critical care nursing.
