*Seeking strong pediatric ICU skill set; therapists who can jump in and work across at least two of the three ICUs including a Level IV NICU, Level I PICU, and/or the Cardiothoracic ICU*

Requirements:• California RCP License in hand• RRT national credential required; RRT-NPS preferred• 1.5 years’ of recent pediatric ICU experience• Experience with trachs and vents, suctioning and oxygen. No specialty or blood gases needed.• BLS (AHA)• PALS (AHA)• NRP (AHA) - Must be Advanced; Essential no longer accepted. Must have in hand or registered for an Advanced class in which they will have in hand prior to start date.• Flu shot required

Schedule Information:• 3x12 or 4x12s Nights• Weekend shifts per contract: 4 weekend shifts in 4 weeks

Patient Population:Pediatric care from acute care on the floors, pulmonary floor (treating pts with asthma, bronchiolitis, cerebral palsy, developmental delay, cystic fibrosis, tracheostomy-ventilated support), trauma, Medical (treating pts with bronchitis, asthma, pneumonia), PICU (treating mostly intubated pts and therapies including specialty gases heliox/iNO), NICU and CTICU where heart transplants are performed. High acuity Level 4 NICU. High acuity patients on floors.
