Production Worker (Contract To Union)

**Job Title: Production Worker****Job Description**The person in this position will work as a Production Worker. Responsibilities include rebuilding valves for tanks that will eventually be filled with chlorine. This involves working with valves similar to those on propane tanks. Once rebuilt, you will operate equipment that presses and pressurizes the valve onto the top of the tank. After completing a pallet of tanks, you will fill them with chlorine, bag, and tag the top of the tank. Additional duties include cleaning, prepping, and removing old labels from the tanks. This role primarily involves general labor, with occasional use of a sit-down forklift to move products and load/unload trucks. Forklift operation is expected to be 10% of the job and will occur once certification is achieved.**Hard Skills**+ warehouse+ forklift+ production**Job Type**This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in Saint Paul, Minnesota.**Work Environment**It is a dirty environment, but clean for the work that they do. Protective wear, face shields, glasses, and full rubber suits will be provided if handling chemicals. This is a chemical environment and typically smells of ammonia or chlorine. Core hours are M-F 7am-3:00pm, with opportunities for overtime.
