How You'll Support Our Mission:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Finance, you will play a key role in headcount planning, creating pricing models, maintaining and enhancing existing revenue models, leading ad hoc strategic projects cross functionally, and forecasting cash on a weekly basis. You will partner with other senior leaders to ensure COGS and Opex are aligned to ESO's financial plan and find creative ways to drive top-line growth and find cost savings opportunities. Beyond strategic recommendations, you will support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for the senior leadership team and investors.
What You'll Be Doing - The Day to Day:Maintain ESO's headcount model and forecast future periods effectively, by contemplating attrition, project-based hiring, and top-line generating headcount growth.Collect and analyze data to build pricing models that determine optimal pricing for our products and services.Enhance existing revenue/ARR models for ESO's verticals to better inform our financial forecasts/budgets.Partner closely with the accounting team to forecast cash on a weekly basis, ensure covenants are met and advise on necessary financing activities.Support the annual operating plan (AOP) process, by collecting inputs from key stakeholders and using historical data to better inform investment decisions on a go-forward basis.Update Board of Directors presentations and investor updates on a quarterly basis.Support ad hoc projects by collecting and analyzing data, creating meaningful strategic recommendations, and communicating them concisely to the CFO and broader leadership team.Who You Are- The Essentials:
You have relevant work experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, and/or Corporate Finance at fast-paced companies.You put the team first and lead by example, always seeking new ways to better collaborate with others.You have prior experience with Adaptive, ADP, Greenhouse, Tableau, or other finance tools.You have a curiosity and thirst for knowledge that drives you to ask questions, dig deeper, and find new ways to approach problems.You are a master influencer, who works seamlessly cross-functionally, builds strong relationships with key stakeholders, and communicates effectively to all levels within the organization.You are a data expert, who has strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.You manage your time optimally and independently to prioritize the most critical tasks first and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.Benefits & Perks
