ACLS/BLS/NIHSS/NURSYS REQUIRED WITH SUBMISSIONNO LOCALS WITHIN 110 MILES
• Certs required: BLS, ACLS, NIH• Patient Population: General ICU, all ages• Special procedures/unit details/Patient Ratios: 1:2 ratio, general icu that takes everything,• Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends a schedule period ( 4 week schedule period)• 2 years preferred- will consider1 year• At least 1 travel assignment preferred - will consider1st time travelersCOVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
