Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Administrative Assistant

to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office and help manage a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.Key Responsibilities:Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications to the appropriate departments.Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for department staff.Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.Assist in the preparation of meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and material preparation.Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory; place orders when necessary.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Provide support to HR, finance, and other departments by maintaining records, filing paperwork, and assisting with clerical tasks.Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as requested.Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.Manage special projects and additional duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (Required); Associate's degree or relevant certification (Preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
