Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in overseeing the corporate accounting operations. Responsibilities will be across treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, corporate accounting, financial statement close processes, and compliance. The Senior Accountant will also supervise two staff members, ensuring accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency within the department.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Accounting experience
• Public Accounting is a must.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Yardi experience a plus
• Real estate industry experience a plus
