• Operate machines (after setup) to ensure high-quality products.
• Sort and inspect parts using gauges and calipers.
• Perform daily maintenance and minor adjustments to keep things running smoothly.

• A positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
• Experience with machine operation, packing, sorting, or forklifts (we offer training!).
• Basic troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
