Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team for a 3-6 month contract position in Ashtabula, OH. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition and be comfortable handling end-to-end recruiting processes. As a key member of our team, you will use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify, screen, and present candidates to hiring managers, manage interview schedules, extend offers, and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the ATS to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment activities.
• Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for the position.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate feedback.
• Schedule and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in extending job offers to selected candidates.
• Coordinate and ensure completion of background checks and drug screenings.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of ATS systems and recruiting tools.
• Proven experience with candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Contract Details

• Duration: 3-6 months with potential for extension.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
