Manufacturing Systems Engineer

Summary: Our customer is looking for a highly experienced professional who will oversee and manage the manufacturing execution system (MES), ensuring integration and functionality across various control levels (ISA Levels 1-3) in manufacturing environments. The candidate will handle system upgrades, manage SCADA applications, and improve manufacturing processes through data analysis and system programming.

Must Have Requirements:

• 10 years of AVEVA MES
• Proficient in PLC programming.
• Strong knowledge of ISA Levels 1-3, especially Level 3.
• Experience with SCADA systems, specifically Wonderware InTouch HMI or Wonderware OMI.
• Familiarity with FactoryTalk View SE.
• Capability to replace and expand MES systems.

• Experience in configuring system redundancies and middleware.
• Proficiency in SQL and .NET.
• Background in a complex MES environment, including managing multiple systems
