You would work alongside our world-renowned Surgeons to scrub and circulate the many different cases we perform. Specialties include but are not limited to: Trauma, General, Urology, GYN, Orthopedics/Neuro, ENT, Plastics, Reconstructive Surgery, Colorectal, Thoracic, Vascular and Cardiac.Lankenau Operating Room Highlights:* Lankenau is recognized as High Performing in sixteen total specialties, with regards to the OR, they include: Aortic Valve Surgery, Cardiology and Heart Surgery, Colon Cancer Surgery, Hip and Knee Replacement, Lung Cancer Surgery, Spinal Fusion, and Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR).* Our Operating Room features the latest da Vinci Surgical System's robotic technology. We have 5 robots at Lankenau total.* Accreditations include: The Society of Thoracic Surgeons in the Highest Quality Tier for Cardiac Surgery, Aetna Institutes of Quality Designation for Spine Surgery, Blue Distinction Centers for Knee and Hip Replacements.*What We are Looking for:Experience* 1 or more years of Operating Room Nurse experience required.Education, Licensures & Certifications* RN Diploma, ASN required; BSN preferred.* PA RN license or a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.Current Pay Rates:2/4 Weekend Program: $62.00/Days, $69.00/Nights3/4 Weekend Program: $65.00/Days, $72.00/Nights4/4 Weekend Program: $68.00/Days, $75.00/NightsWeekend Program Scheduling RequirementsWeekend Programs include Saturday and Sunday*2 out of 4 weekends- two of four weekends* 3 out of 4 weekends - three of four weekends *benefit option* 4 out of 4 weekends -four of four weekends * benefit option* Benefits* Both the 3 out 4 and 4 out 4 Weekend Programs offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Prorated Tuition Reimbursement and 403B retirement saving plan.You can make a difference for our patients by joining our Nursing Team.
