Lead ServiceNow Developer with CAD/CAS & WSD

Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer with expertise in CAD (Certified Application Developer), CAS (Certified Application Specialist), and WSD (Workspace Service Delivery) to lead our ServiceNow development team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Development Efforts:
Take ownership of ServiceNow development projects, guiding the team from conception to deployment.Technical Expertise:
Provide in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including custom application development, workflow automation, and integrations.Solution Architecture:
Design and architect scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.Mentorship & Guidance:
Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering their growth and development within the ServiceNow platform.Best Practices:
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow environment.Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.Required Qualifications:
ServiceNow Expertise:
5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist (CAS)ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Workspace Service Delivery (WSD)
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJSExperience with ServiceNow APIs, REST, and SOAP web servicesKnowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modulesExperience with Agile development methodologies
