(W2) [Strictly No Third Party Candidates]OnsiteRole Responsibilities:Participate in requirements analysis to understand project needs.Collaborate with internal teams to design and architect software solutions.Write and triage code using .NET programming languages.Develop automation scripts and tooling with IT automation tools.Monitor system performance, ensuring optimal security, reliability, and performance.Integrate security and compliance features such as encryption and access management into the platform.Document configurations and processes to ensure clear understanding across teams.Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to gather platform requirements.Research emerging technologies to integrate into the platform, assessing their potential impact.Conduct testing to ensure infrastructure scalability, load handling, and failure recovery.Monitor the infrastructure for issues, making updates to maintain smooth operation.Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).Serve as a subject matter expert for applications and provide technical support.Qualifications:3+ years of experience building modern, distributed web applications, with a focus on microservice architecture and API design.3+ years of experience in architecture and design (design patterns, reliability, scaling) for new and existing software.3+ years of C# development experience, preferably with .NET Core 3.1 and/or .NET 5+.3+ years working with the ASP.NET stack, preferably Core 3.1 and/or .NET 5+, and Visual Studio.Strong understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL database design and storage systems.Passion for hands-on coding and learning new technologies on the fly.Experience in agile development environments and working with Git/GitHub.Experience collaborating across disciplines and with non-technical stakeholders.Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure (preferred), AWS, or similar.Strong knowledge of DevOps concepts with practical experience.Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., New Relic, Splunk, Nagios, ELK).Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.Preferred Skills:Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.Familiarity with Microsoft Orleans Framework.Experience developing SQL and NoSQL databases, designing data models, and querying data for analytics and reporting.Knowledge of API security frameworks, token management, and access control (OAuth, JWT, OpenAPI).Ability to work in Agile/SCRUM environments.
