MUST HAVE PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE EXPERIENCERequirements:
5+ years of experience in an analytics role
Ability to structure own analysis starting with a problem statementAbility to translate business requirements to data requirements
Ability to convert analysis to data-drive solutionsBasic Property and Casualty insurance knowledge
Bonus: AIDA, CPCU, or other designations or exams from the InstitutesBonus: Guidewire experience / expertise
Proficient in SQL - comfortable working with structured data and experience with data profiling / discoveryInnovator / Problem Solver (if we did it this way, it would solve for x, y and z, not just x)Additional must haves: good communication, integrated thinking, autonomous, collaborativeExperience working in an agile environment
