As a Full Stack Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our product, design, and data science teams to develop features that enhance our AI-driven platform. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of talent acquisition through innovative, scalable technology.Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications with a strong focus on performance and user experience.Work with our AI and data science teams to integrate machine learning models into the platform.Build APIs and microservices to support core functionalities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Maintain and optimize existing codebase and ensure high standards of software engineering practices.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and problem-solving sessions.Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility across all platforms.Qualifications:3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, and Python.Proficiency with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.Experience working in agile environments, with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).Preferred Qualifications:Experience integrating AI or machine learning models into applications.Familiarity with testing frameworks and best practices (e.g., Jest, Mocha).Understanding of secure web development practices.Knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
