Execute and manage paid media campaigns across digital & traditional channels to grow a variety of apps in the Maple Media portfolio.Identify opportunities, implement & manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms—paid social, PPC, TV, OTT, OOH, affiliate opportunities, and more.Manage relationships and negotiate test, launch, and growth strategies with ad platform account management teams.Manage budgets across apps & channels to drive strong ROI and build a scalable campaign strategy to reach new audiences and drive down costs.Manage creative development workflows and testing frameworks to create high performing and engaging creatives that drive user interest and conversion.Evaluate down funnel performance and identify, scope, and drive product changes to improve acquisition funnels.Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.Research & review audience targeting to further optimize campaigns.Ideate, implement, and measure A/B tests to gain insights and improve strategies.Partner with the design team and external partners to develop engaging creative assets, including video.Collaborate with engineering/product to audit dataflows to ensure accurate reporting.Keep current on advertising platform updates, including best practices and emerging trends across the paid media space.About You:
Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying or performance marketing, including implementing & tracking campaigns across multiple platforms.Experience running successful paid media campaigns—paid social, TV, OTT, OOH, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, SEO, App Store optimization.Strong command of business economics and relation to ad budgets and spend (CAC, LTV, ROAS, ARPDAU, payback window).Prior experience working with product managers to optimize conversion funnels.Personally managed budgets upwards of $1M in monthly ad spend.Strong data skills—you are comfortable downloading and manipulating large data sets to assess performance and uncover new opportunities.Strong functional & technical understanding of attribution and marketing tech stack including MMPs, deep linking, etc. (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, etc.).High level of accuracy with sharp attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through.Speed of execution—you’re quick to iterate to maximize your learnings.Creative campaign ideas and thinking, always looking for ways to create an edge.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Must be self-motivated, exceptionally organized, able to manage several projects simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.Desire to be a part of a dynamic team, and work with urgency & close attention to detail in a startup environment.Mobile app/games experience.Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.The U.S. base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $150,000 plus bonus opportunities and benefits.
