The Regional Clinical Director of Abode Care Partners leads the clinical operations, programs and activities for the assigned region and ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care. This includes services spanning In-home, Assisted Living, Group Homes, Independent Living and Skilled Nursing Facilities.Responsibilities

For assigned territory:Lead and manage up to 30 Advanced Practice Providers as direct reportsResponsible for recruitment, on-boarding, and care model training of new Advanced Practice ProvidersProvide clinical coverage for unexpected call-offs, vacations, or special needs as indicated and required, up to 50% timeConduct professional development and the annual performance/competency review processDrive performance and support retention efforts to include regular coaching and review of:Provider incentive structureProvider scorecard (coding, quality, patient experience, and productivity reporting)Visit distribution and workflow improvementPerformance Improvement Plan creation and managementProvide account and relationship management in conjunction with the regional administrative partner: increase building penetration, serve as the escalation for the leaders for all facilities in your region, and engage with patients and/or families to facilitate issue resolutionProvide outstanding customer service to all clients, patients, and familiesProactively problem solve with all key partners to support retention, recruitment, and operational efficiencyExecute on regional business, growth, and value-based strategies for respective operationsQualifications

Master's degree in NursingAdvance Practice Provider: APRN, FNP, AGNP or PAAt least three years of experience practicing in Assisted Living, In-Home, Group Homes, Independent Living or Skilled Nursing FacilitiesAt least two years of nursing management experience in a health care industryStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with Practitioners, office personnel, and patientsDemonstrated ability to develop and implement clinical initiativesProven track record of improving patient outcomesComputer literacy and knowledge of relevant healthcare and administrative softwareExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsOrganizational and time management skillsStrong leadership, motivation, training, and goal-setting skillsStrong financial acumen and budget management skillsAbility to travel up to 30% in assigned regionAbout our Line of Business
