Sky Lakes Medical Center is seeking a CRNA to join their team in Klamath Falls, Oregon. This position will be employed by Anesthesia Associates Northwest (AANW), practicing exclusively at Sky Lakes Medical Center. For more than a decade, AANW has been restoring health to ailing anesthesia departments and injecting new life into local practices with best-in-class anesthesia services. The board-certified anesthesiologists and CRNAs at Sky Lakes are committed to safety, efficiency, and patient satisfaction, working together to create a supportive team environment.Job Details:Monday through Friday scheduleCases include: General, Ortho, GYN, ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Spine, Vascular, Trauma (level 3 hospital), Healthy PedsCall 1:5 (CRNA first call, MD back up call)$360K all-inclusive package (salary is $300K on W2 with full benefits or $360K on 1099 with no benefits)Sign on $30K for a 2-year commitment and $5K relocation expenses.Loan repayment $15K/year for 5 yearsWhere You’ll Work:Sky Lakes Medical Center is an accredited, 176-bed medical facility providing care for patients across a 10,000-square-mile area in south-central Oregon.
