This role is pivotal in developing and executing marketing programs tailored for insurance agents and their target audiences. The successful candidate will also collaborate with various stakeholders to create compelling content and drive marketing initiatives.What You’ll Do:Assist in building and execution of our local youth sports sponsorship program, ensuring alignment with company goals and target audience needs.Partner with our National Sponsorship team to engage with agents when an activation is brought to a local community.Assist in developing our local prospecting and nurturing program, which provides our agents with relevant and timely marketing content, tools & guidance to go to market & engage with their target markets.Assist in developing best practices for event marketing capabilities for when agents are activating at local events.Work with the Financial Education team to ensure agents are represented in the development of educational seminars, sweepstakes, scholarships, etc.Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.Work closely with cross-functional teams such as social media, compliance, graphic design, strategy, sales, and communications to ensure cohesive and effective marketing best practices.Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, technology, and best practices. Apply this knowledge to develop innovative and effective marketing strategies that make our agents successful.What You’ll Bring:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field; and/or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the financial services, marketing, communications, or consulting.Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.Highly motivated team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment and responding to requests quickly.Strong analytical skills, independent thinker, and ability to exercise appropriate judgment and decision-making.Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and other technology platforms.Pay TransparencySalary Range: $80,000 - $115,000Discretionary bonus eligible: YesActual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.
