Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements for Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter). Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions. Assist in design, configuration, and testing of Guidewire systems. Facilitate workshops and create documentation, including use cases and user stories. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and user training. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry. Strong knowledge of Guidewire applications. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Preferred Skills: Guidewire certification(s). Facilitate workshops and create documentation, including use cases and user stories. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and user training.
