You Are
A Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Developer - Resources with a keen eye for problem solving. You work with project teams to identify and analyze clients’ requirements and craft the right solution. On top of this, you’ve got the communication skills to build the right rapport clients to get the project off the ground. Organization is your forte. You prioritize multiple projects at once with aplomb and always deliver quality work on time.
The Work
Meet with clients and senior analysts to gather business requirements.
Design, build, and configure applications to meet business processes and application requirements.
Develop custom and out-of-the-box solutions using Salesforce and Field Service functionality (APEX, SOQL, Lightning Component/Lightning Web Components, Visualforce as well as declarative tools such as Field Service mobile flows)
Participate in software development life cycle from requirements analysis to deployment.
Provide documentation for reference/maintenance.
Implement solutions using standard methodology and participate in peer for code reviews and unit testing.
Support post deployment activities including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and application bug fixes.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s What You Need
Experience supporting Resources clients and/or the Resources Industry
Minimum 1 year of Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud development experience.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Field Service software or business practices.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree , must have minimum 6 years’ work experience)
Bonus Points If
You have experience in Cloud based Field Service solutions.
You have experience in Salesforce.com implementations.
You have prior experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to Service Cloud, Service Power or ServiceMax .
You have experience in a consulting organization.
You must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
