This position will serve as a main focal point across the organization and will seek efficiencies to foster anticipated growth for a publicly-held company. The right candidate will create a culture of fun, support, collaboration, and strive for excellence.What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:Oversee general ledger accounting, including account fluctuation analysis and reconciliations in accordance with GAAP.Manage month-end close and preparation of financial statements.Review journal entries and reconciliations providing guidance to general ledger team to ensure compliance with US GAAP.Regularly interact with international accounting firm to ensure compliance with taxation and accounting of foreign subsidiaries.Ensure general ledger SOX controls are written accurately and performed as written.Key member managing the external audit and audited financial statements with disclosures.Work closely with internal and external auditors regarding audit requests and public company SOX compliance.Oversee banking matters and cash transactions.Assist the preparation of federal and state tax filings and tax provisions with external CPA firm.Oversee various filings, including but not limited to property tax returns.Assist with ad hoc projects, including but not limited to working on QAD reporting and QAD upgrades, reviewing and tying out the 10Q/10K, and preparing supporting documents for the Proxy.Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance.Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS Policies.The Qualifications We Need You to PossessBachelor's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent experience.Minimum of 7 years' experience in financial reporting, including participation in external audits.Public company and SOX experience highly preferred.QAD experience preferred.Ability to be a leader and a follower fostering an environment of efficiency, problem-solving, and collaboration.Ability to communicate effectively with and respond to questions from internal customers.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.For US-Based Candidates OnlyWork Authorization Status: Citizen / Permanent ResidentFor this role, the anticipated base pay range is $156,000-195,000 per year.Plus, eligibility for an annual bonus and equity/RSUs.Understanding PROCEPT's CultureAt

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.WORK ENVIRONMENTWe’ll provide you training for, and ask you to maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance.
