Together, we’re the next BIG thing in data.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Requires a highly motivated and experienced accounting professional with a track record of success in global revenue operations.Manages a team of specialists who are subject matter experts on revenue-related systems/applications, master data, and processes.Support the global revenue operations team.Partner with other business functions on projects.Lead corporate initiatives towards process improvement.Support transformational projects to achieve best in class results.Enhance our accounting process to be more efficient and effective.Work closely with Global Operations teams such as Sales Ops, RMA, Logistics, Pricing functions, IT teams, and Revenue Operations and Reporting teams.REQUIRED:Minimum 12 years of experience in accounting and revenue roles in high tech or similar industries.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.SKILLS:Advanced Excel skills and analytics aptitude required.Experience in SAP/Model N/Revenue systems environments and prior such systems implementation experience.Proficient knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition fundamentals.Ability to execute multiple tasks, be detail-oriented, and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.Western Digital is committed to providing equal opportunities to all applicants and employees and will not discriminate based on any legally protected characteristics.
