Fort Wayne, Indiana .Specifics of The RoleFull time position
36 patient contact hours per week, with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time
Flexible hours to accommodate work-life balance
6 weeks of vacation annually
Office is located at 1007 W. Rudisill Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46807
Opportunity to serve our immigrant population and patients with socioeconomic barriers.Clinical support consists of RN, LPN, and Medical Assistants.Current office providers are 1 physician and 1 APPEasy access to specialty careFully integrated EMR system
Monday-Friday

8am - 5pm
