Job DescriptionResponsibilities
Cooperate with manufacturers and clients and provide suitable server hardware solution to the clients;
Configure server components build-of-material(BOM) to fulfill the client’s requirement; ensure server computability and stability;
Establish and maintain an efficient and effective supply chain management through the selection, qualification and ongoing management of suppliers related to Ma Labs’ Server Solution service;
Study and analyze technical data and product specifications of our Server Solution to forecast immediate and future needs and formulate professional procurement strategies of products;
Analyze costs, conduct research and forecast for the procurement of Servers;
Confer with vendors, customers, and management to negotiate pricing and ascertain availability;
Maintain procurement database using internal ERP system to monitor inventory, analyze costs, freight delivery, product quality and performance.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5+ years of working experience in the PC industry
Expert knowledge in server products and system integration
Previous purchasing or sales experience in PC industry is a plus
Strong negotiation skills
Able to handle confidential information in a professional manner
Will act with a sense of urgency, high quality judgment and sound decision making
Exceptional organization skills with strong attention to detail
Solid interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
Excellent communicational skills
Excellent customer relationship skills to manage a variety of customer interactions
