With more than 130 years of financial experience and over 22,000 partners, we serve the world’s most sophisticated clients using leading technology and exceptional service.Major Duties:Assists in the development of new products and enhancements to existing products to advance NTAM’s strategic business and product objectives.Collaborates with other members of the Product Management team to ensure the timely and effective implementation of product initiatives, including coordination among all stakeholder groups.Helps confirm that all individual services necessary to satisfy a fund’s investment, operational and administrative requirements have been identified, resourced, qualified and integrated into a comprehensive, coordinated whole.Helps support the Marketing and Sales teams concerning the investment and administrative properties of NTAM’s Mutual Fund products, product positioning, competitive analysis, quality-assurance reviews or product literature, etc.Solves problems in straightforward situations.Analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents.Seeks to achieve excellence and to support the achievement of excellence by others.Actively seeks to align with departmental goals.Provides informal guidance to new team members.Knowledge:Requires basic knowledge of the asset management business and the investment product landscape.Requires developed data management, analytical, and communication skills.Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.Experience:At least seven years' experience in managing registered investment funds, fund accounting, or fund administration (or other equivalent experience).Bachelor degree; evidence of pursuit of the CFA designation is strongly preferred.Working with Us:As a Northern Trust partner, greater achievements await.
