We run the leading venture capital accelerator worldwide and operate the Decile Hub fund platform, reducing the barriers of entry for next generation investors to launch and grow meaningful early-stage investment firms.We are hiring a Front-End Designer to help create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have experience with Figma, SaaS products, and responsive design, with knowledge of Rails being a plus.Decile Group provides a fast-paced startup environment, where everyone has the opportunity to help with everything. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standardsCreate user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedbackDesign UI elements and build reusable code for future useCollaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usabilityCreate quality mockups and prototypes using FigmaImplement responsive design principles to ensure optimal display across various devicesWrite high-quality JavaScript code to bring designs to lifeStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trendsWhat You Have:
3+ years of experience in front-end design and developmentProficiency in Figma for creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypesStrong understanding of UI/UX design principlesExtensive experience with JavaScript and responsive design techniquesFamiliarity with SaaS products and their unique design challengesKnowledge of Rails is a plusStrong communication and collaboration skillsWhat We Offer:
