Provide strategic vision and leadership in alignment with the organization's mission and goals.Work closely with the Board of Directors to develop and implement strategic plans.

Staff Management

Supervise and inspire a team of professionals, ensuring a collaborative and positive work environment.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff members.

Community Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and relevant organizations.Represent the organization at conferences, events, and in various community forums.

Fundraising and Development

Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure financial support for the organization's programs and initiatives.Identify and cultivate relationships with potential and ongoing donors, sponsors, and corporate partners.

Outreach and Public Relations

Collaborate with similar groups to advance the organization's mission.

Financial Management

Oversee budgeting and financial management to ensure the organization operates within its means and achieves its financial goals.

Program Oversight

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and initiatives.Explore opportunities for the development of new programs that align with the organization's mission.
