Our Surgical Inpatient leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building each team member.Patient Population: TBI, Wound, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Gunshot Wounds, Falls, Psych, etc.; Trachs, Chest tubes, Wound vacs, multiple drains, & feeding tubes.Patient Ratios:?1: 4-5Number of Beds: 42Unit selling points: Exposed to endless learning opportunities as you work closely with the treatment team to provide evidence-based care. Flexible scheduling. Significant comradery inside and outside work. 87% BSN prepared RNs. Collaboration across all disciplines with Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy, Case Management, Trauma Residents, Trauma Surgeons & Hospitalists which creates an atmosphere conducive to learning & optional patient outcomes.
