The Role:

Corporate Treasury plays a critical role in the continued expansion of Fanatics' footprint. The Treasury Analyst will be part of the Corporate Treasury Team at Fanatics, a team known for strong performance and business partnership. We are seeking exceptional individuals who will help define and shape the future of our organization. Primary responsibilities include global daily cash reporting, management reporting, managing day-to-day treasury responsibilities including servicing intercompany fundings, as well as various other treasury and financial reporting duties. This role will report to the Senior Director of Treasury.

What You'll Do:Developing a deep understanding of Fanatics' operating companies.Monitor daily bank balances, tracking, and reporting of global cash position. Monitoring cash balances to ensure adequate liquidity.Track global interest expense and income.Support Treasury operations (wires, book transfers), intercompany fundings, bank account management and bank online portal administration.Collaborate with the Finance/Accounting team to identify and implement process improvements and support operational (treasury/banking) projects. Projects include ERP conversions and bank testing, TMS implementation, and M&A treasury activities.Track banking costs with various financial service providers and provide meaningful recommendations on ways to reduce costs.Support compliance requests related to KYC documentation, banking resolutions and signatories.Support month-end and quarter-end treasury related accounting close activities.Document and maintain treasury policies and procedures.Assist with annual audit support related to treasury.Complete ad hoc analytical projects on topics including scenario analysis, benchmarking, industry research, and treasury structure.What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in corporate treasury operations; international experience a plus.While not required, experience with financial management systems, such as D365 or Oracle, and experience with Treasury management systems, such as Trovata and Integrity are strongly preferred.Strong technical skills - proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Demonstrated technical expertise in corporate finance and accountingInsightful, consistent and considerate communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate both verbally and written with all levels, both internally and externally.Dynamic in the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Continuous improvement minded - understands business processes in order to identify improvement opportunities.Flexible to work in an environment that is constantly changing and growing.BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting required; MBA preferred.

The salary range for this position is

$78,000 to $101,000 , which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
