Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: ICU Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: NOC 12.00 Hrs (7p-7a), every other holiday rotation plus every third weekend rotation Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 per week Experience: Minimum years of experience not specified License: IA or compact license in hand Certifications: Not specified Must-Have: Experience with ICU procedures and equipment Job Description: - Provide care to patients with common diagnoses, including cardiac disease, cerebrovascular accidents (CVA), respiratory disease, and renal disease.- Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2 within a 6-10 bed unit.- Utilize EPIC for charting and documentation.- Wear grey scrubs in compliance with dress code.- Support medical/surgical units through floating as needed.- Perform specialized procedures such as line insertion, chest tube placement, cardioversion, bronchoscopy, and management of Impella devices.- Participate in rotational shifts, including specified holidays and weekends, ensuring high-quality care during night shifts.- Engage in a virtual interview process for potential auto offers.- Adhere to a 60-mile radius rule with consideration for local candidates at a reduced rate.
