Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. seeks a Vice President in San Francisco, CA to oversee and manage deal execution processes, coordinate cross-functional teams to execute transactions efficiently, and review and approve transaction-related documents, including pitching materials, offering memoranda, and due diligence reports. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business Administration or related field or equivalent, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience working within a financial services institution advising clients on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and capital raising transactions, including bond and term loan issuance and refinancing, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings, and private placements; performing valuation analysis on public and private companies including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Trading Comparables, Transaction Comparables, Sum of the Parts (SoTP), and Leveraged Buyout (LBO) analysis using Autobahn, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Citrix, Eikon, and FactSet; building financial models to evaluate and forecast client’s operational and financial performance; performing industry and macroeconomic research to track market trends and identify business targets and opportunities; providing strategic business analysis on corporate finance transactions solutions including qualitative analysis; leading financial modeling and business due diligence efforts and client meetings; and outlining and preparing Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), Management Presentations (MPs), and Request for Proposals (RFPs).

Salary range: $275,000– $285,000/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
